The Australian Education Union NT represents and advocates for all teaching staff and support workers in the public education sector. They fight for the rights of their members at work, and for the right of every child to access a high-quality education.
To increase membership numbers in a time where school visits were impossible due to COVID-19 distancing measures, AEU NT engaged us to expand their digital reach by creating a strategic Facebook marketing and advertising campaign.
We created a tiered social media strategy – part one was helping existing members find out more about what their membership entails via an organic reach campaign. For the second part, we created ads with bite-sized information and advice about the public school system for potential new members. This was then followed up with information on the additional support they can access through an AEUNT membership.
To create something exceptional, Mindset must be relentlessly focused on the smallest detail. Creation of something new is not accomplished by the intellect.
