Callistemon House

Client

Callistemon House is a Northern Territory Department of Education hostel for students who are attending secondary school in Katherine. They provide quality accommodation for up to 40 secondary school students, who come from remote areas across the NT.

Brief

Design a new logo based on a draft supplied by current Callistemon House students. Using the logo as a starting point, further collateral required included new business cards, letterheads, enrolment forms, enrolment folders and the redesign of their current website to increase user-friendliness, responsiveness and match the new visual style.

Solution

Callistemon House conducted a logo competition last term and have then chosen a winning concept. We helped put together a colour palette and later added a few more visual elements across the range of collateral to fully develop the visual style from the initial winning draft. It was a pleasure seeing the creativity of the students and help bring their vision to life.
